What it is

Soca Brainwash is DJ Private Ryan's themed soca festival, and the Trinidad edition is a daytime event on the Saturday of Carnival weekend. Event listings place the 2027 edition on Saturday 6 February 2027 from 12 noon at St Mary's College Ground on Serpentine Road, Port of Spain.

A "Loyalty Pre Sale" opened for regular supporters (the promoter calls them the Battalion) ahead of the official launch and theme reveal. The listings say sales are final, with no refunds, and that the event goes ahead rain or shine.

What to expect

Soca Brainwash is built around a big DJ production and a theme that changes every year, so many patrons dress the part. The listed start is midday on Carnival Saturday, the same day the Panorama large band final is traditionally held.

Tips

  • Confirm the final times, theme and ticket tiers on DJ Private Ryan's official channels before you travel.
  • Check what is included in your ticket tier (food, drinks) once the official ticket details are published.
